Abstract: 

In the paper the author considers key features of application of language in dialogue and some causes of arising of important mistakes in understanding, methods of perfection of intercultural dialogue with application of English language. In opinion of the author of paper comprehension of existence of the dangers connected with voice communication will help both English-speaking air traffic controlers, pilots and foreigners (using English language as the second)
