Information systems: a way to resolve the paradoxes [2015]

Abstract:

The article presents the author's original point of view on how the information is always there in time information system. The purpose of this article – to construct a simple model of interacting with us objects of any nature, to learn to understand how and why there are paradoxes, clarify the role of the information system and turn it into an instrument at the methodological level. The article proposes to consider along with the Kondratieff long cycles corresponding communication cycle, leading to an understanding of the global production and economic environment as an information system. We consider the communication in society, as well as links individual. On the basis of the systems considered a model of the bipolar information system in which information is always there in time. It is shown that this model can be used for analysis of the known paradoxes, revealing the reasons is these contradictions. In the final section provides examples of efficient complex information systems and concludes that further use of the simplest model of bipolar information system.
