Effect of ski sport occupation on morphofunctional and psychophysiological indices of the health of youths

Abstract: 

The results of morphofunctional and psychophysiological study of the youths at the age of 17-21 years-old involved in ski racing sports, and students engaged in physical training in basic medical group are presented. It has been found that ski racing sports resulted in increase of physical development, functional reserves of the organism, harmonisation of psychical state and adaptation to society
