Scientific school: an innovative form of comprehension оf problems of the inclusive education

Abstract: 

In this article the legal foundations of implementation of the inclusion to the world-wide and Russian educational practice are presented. The comprehension of the inclusive education as an opportunity of realization of the idea of creation of sociaty of equal rights, freedoms and dignity of persons is revealed in the article. Specific features of the scientific school as an innovative form of understanding the problems of the theory and practice of inclusive education are considered. The experience of scientific schools based on inclusive education issues, including prior consultations with the leading experts in the selection of the content and defining the school program structure, is displayed; the choice of forms and technologies of the event, the coordination of the participants. The organizational and substantive conditions of the effectiveness of the scientific school are described in it. The technology of organization of the communication in the process of scientific school is characterized as a discursive event.
