Abstract:

The investigation aim was to study the possibilities of choice of rational songs antioxidants metabolic action of low doses in laboratory tests in vitro, as well as assessment of their efficiency at the correction of oxidative stress in experimental modeling toxic-septic conditions in vivo, such as endotoxin shock, using the criteria of optimality of decisions under uncertainty. Metabolic correctors of antioxidant action, ensuring the normalization of prooxidative and antioxidative processes, as well as correction of violations of thermal homeostasis at bacterial endotoxin shock were characterized.
