Abstract: 

In the article the basic results of activity of university in educational and scientific fields of activity are presented. It is stressed, that for long-term history the Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University has changed the status, having changed in a university complex. Today Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University is modern university which is the largest pedagogical high school of Siberia and the Far East and takes the lead positions in leading directions of a pedagogical science in region, training specialists or various segments of economy (education, science, mass-media, business, sports, management).
