Formation of uniform system of high school formation: problems and prospects

Abstract: 

In the article analysis of a problem of formation of uniform system of higher education in conditions of globalization and development of an information society is spent. It is marked, that globalization is formed and defined through information processes. Formation of an information society cannot be carried out by efforts of one, even the most economically developed country. Such society can represent association of the countries possessing a significant degree of integration in economic and world educational space. The knowledge and the information not only steel организующим is emphasized by the beginning of a postindustrial society, that, but also character of knowledge was modified: key position began to be allocated to theoretical knowledge which in the form of the invention or organizational improvement are involved in practical processing resources.
