Innovative approaches to organization of educational process of the rate «Conflictology and mediation at school»

Abstract: 

This article describes the innovative approaches to conflictological training the students of Pedagogical University. The attention is paid to questions of the sanction of pedagogical conflicts and increases of competence of teachers and psychologists in sphere of the prevention and the constructive resolution of conflicts in an education system. Mediation is seen as an alternative technology disputes and conflicts in the educational institution.
