The factological proved approach to preventive education and use of information-communication technologies in informal education

Abstract: 

Educational establishments and, first of all, school where children and teenagers spend the most part of time, have huge educational and health saving up potential. The school in close interaction with family and the nearest environment of the child and the teenager solves a two-uniform problem of saving and strengthening of health and education of harmoniously developed, formed, creative, socially active and responsible person.
For actualization the value of health at teenagers and young men, formation at them motivation and the behavioural features necessary for its saving and strengthening, the complex consecutive, purposeful educational work should be carried out regularly in educational establishments of all levels. Pupils should be involved in programs on preventive maintenance of the use of drugs, alcohol and also saving of reproductive health prior to the beginning of an active sexual life.
Similar programs promote becoming of valuable reference points of the children and the teenagers, prepare them for an adult life, form skills to accept informed and critical decisions independently, effectively to communicate, adequately to express the feelings and emotions, critically to think, resist to negative influence and pressure from contempoparies and adults, to choose the models of behaviour promoting saving of health.
