Technological platform «Education»: the ontologic analysis

Abstract: 

The article deals with social and humanitarian technologies which are understood as the technology of directly targeted management algorithmic impact on non-material side of human life or social community. One of these technologies is the modern educational process, for example, in the form of class-lesson system. In a public implementation of the technology of the educational process over the past 20 years has accumulated a lot of problems to overcome which the system is not expected in the near future. Under these conditions a contradictory situation in education is the formation of a national technological platform "Education", which would bring together the most important stakeholders in addressing the challenges faced by the country
