Advances in county management Siberia during the First World War 1914–1918

Abstract: 

The article deals with the changes that were made to the Supreme authority on a specified level of local government Siberia in the period from July 20, 1914. On March 2, 1917, that is, since the promulgation of the Imperial Manifesto “About the Declaration of war between the Russian Empire and Germany” and up to day of the fall of Imperial power. By the beginning of 1914. The grass-roots level of local public administration Siberia were County, but not the district administration. The County as an administrative territorial unit of the Russian Empire acquired the status of the common forms of territorial division of the state at the grassroots level of local government. Siberia, thus, lost the distinctive sign of the edge isolation. In the document the Russian Empire all the territory formerly known as Siberia, became known as the Asian part of the Russian Empire along with the European part.
