Narrative source as the phenomenon of culture

Abstract: 

In paper the author considers questions of classification of narrative sources, the historiography, various approaches to studying the narrative sources, allowing to open their maintenance more full. The narrative source represents real object for knowledge of historical processes and the creative person as phenomena of home and foreign cultures. The narrative source is investigated from various positions: from the point of view of events and the phenomena reflected in it and also structure, language features and stylistics. As a result of research the author has revealed three directions: historical, linguistic, and connected with the literature
